Senior Vice President, Creative Director

Based onsite in New York, this senior leadership role offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 260,793 to 299,637. You will lead several creative teams across multiple client accounts, translating vision into innovative concepts and digital initiatives. By developing key client relationships, you will help drive new business and guide the agency’s strategic direction at Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple creative teams with an art-forward perspective across diverse client accounts
• Drive new business through client presentations, pitches, and internal/external selling of creative concepts
• Achieve win rates on pitches while overseeing large-scale, cross-channel deliverables
• Continuously optimize the effectiveness and impact of every creative output
• Maintain high standards of quality, strategic alignment, and brand integrity across all work
• Translate client and brand goals into clear direction for the creative teams
• Hire, train, develop, and motivate staff to unlock their potential
• Manage timelines and budgets across projects, including staffing and hours allocation
• Collaborate with account services to nurture and strengthen client relationships
• Contribute to agency thought leadership through external sources and internal presentations
• Stay current on technological developments and evolving creative practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of creative agency experience with a strong interactive/digital and multimedia background in art direction or design
• 5+ years in healthcare communications with solid DTC and HCP campaign experience
• Portfolio featuring award-winning creative work
• Proven experience leading and managing creative teams
• Familiarity with digital healthcare channels and executions
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
• Collaborative mindset enabling success within multidisciplinary agency teams
• Willingness to travel
