- Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Science to understand member needs and shape design decisions.
- Work with fellow designers to keep Movement experiences cohesive across the broader Oura app while maintaining a high craft standard.
- Participate in design culture through critique, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
What you bring

- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, interaction, and product thinking, including end-to-end ownership of shipped work.
- Fluency in Figma and AI prototyping tools, with judgment to validate ideas using real data.
- Ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable user experiences.
- A track record using research, usability testing, and analytics to guide decisions.
- Strong command of mobile design patterns, including the ability to decide when to break them.
