Senior Digital Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and produce email designs, paid media assets, and website content, ensuring Origins' ethos and visual identity translate seamlessly into digital environments
• Partner with the Art Director to define the digital creative vision and guard consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Own digital design strategy, guidelines, design systems, and wireframes as needed
• Translate e-commerce trends, product storytelling, and marketing strategy into compelling design solutions aligned with the brand
• Rapidly assess digital markets and competitor landscapes to identify creative white space and iterate on design performance
• Collaborate with Design, Brand, and Online teams to deliver high-impact digital executions that support business goals
• Help plan and participate in digital content calendar discussions to build engaging narratives
• Oversee the end-to-end design process from concepting with Brand to delivering assets

Requirements

• 7+ years of elite digital design experience, ideally within global beauty, luxury, culture, or fashion brands, with a relevant degree or equivalent work experience
• Expert proficiency with Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience, able to inspire a digital team and foster collaboration
• Demonstrated success creating, evolving, and maintaining complex design systems while upholding web accessibility standards
• Entrepreneurial and visually driven mindset, with a proactive, problem-solving approach and a passion for sustainability and culture

What We’re Looking For

The Senior Digital Designer – Origins will shape Origins by translating brand and content strategy into innovative digital design across CRM, Web, and Paid channels. We seek a detail-oriented, fast-moving designer who owns workstreams and delivers a cohesive vision end to end. Portfolio link is required for consideration. This is a hybrid role with three days per week in the Soho NYC office.

Pay Range

The anticipated base salary is USD 99,400 - 125,000 per year. Exact compensation depends on experience, skills, education, and geographic location.
