Senior Art Director

Remote role with a salary range of $104,000 to $156,000 per year. As a Senior Art Director at Petauri Max, LLC, you will lead concept, design, and development work across multiple accounts, projects, and platforms, partnering with teams that support both digital and print production. The work is structured around timelines and budgets, with expectations for independent execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a deep understanding of assigned clients and products, supporting the creation and refinement of brand strategy.
• Independently design materials and explore multiple creative directions aligned to strategic and tactical plans, staying within outlined timelines and budgets.
• Ensure deliverable quality through accountability for accuracy, and by following the creative brief and/or direction from the Creative Lead.
• Create clear, compelling visualizations including data, charts, and infographics.
• Collaborate with production and digital personnel by providing complete input and the instruction needed to smoothly complete production of approved designs.
• Support client interactions by defending creative decisions and perspectives.
• Stay current with computer design software and hardware, and keep up with trends, emerging design techniques, and applications.
• Contribute to new business pitches by providing creative concepts and ideation for pitch presentations.
• Manage and prioritize workload across multiple projects to meet agreed upon timelines.
• Follow industry best practices and understand Regulatory restrictions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing for healthcare clients, including agency experience.
• Launch experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with FDA marketing regulations and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in both digital and print design.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, XD, Sketch, and Figma.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple projects in a timely manner.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive change and achieve results in a dynamic environment.

Team & Collaboration

• Consult with Medical Writing, Account, and Market Access Strategy teams to create compelling designs across all digital and print media.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
