Production / Graphic Design / Customer Service

Onsite in Orange, CA, this role blends print production, graphic design, and customer service with a pay rate of USD 22 - 24 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, and in person at the office with print, promotional, and design projects.
• Provide graphic design services.
• Submit project files to vendors.
• Prepare estimates and create work orders.
• Handle digital printing tasks.
• Perform light bindery work.
• Collaborate as part of a cohesive team.
• Deliver exemplary customer service.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Apply consultative selling techniques when working with clients.

Requirements

• Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator and InDesign.
• Ability to set up, operate digital printing equipment including digital presses and large format printers.
• File preparation for print, color calibration, and imposition; verify fonts, links, bleeds, crops, and related issues.
• Fiery Command Workstation knowledge is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks and tight daily deadlines with minimal supervision and meticulous attention to detail.
• High internal drive and initiative.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team from concept to completion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willingness to perform general shop cleaning.
• Positive attitude.
• Spanish language proficiency is required.
• Print related experience of one year is required.
