Product Designer

At Cella, this Senior UX Product Designer contract role supports product work that turns complex user needs into clear, high-impact digital experiences. Based in Malvern, PA, the position blends journey-level UX thinking with hands-on interface design across both mobile and web, with an emphasis on validating ideas through research and analytics.

What you’ll do

• Architect complex user flows, develop wireframes, and build interactive prototypes that support intuitive, seamless user journeys across mobile and web platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental leaders to translate user insights and business objectives into prioritized, high-impact product features.
• Bring quantitative analytics and user research into the design process to test assumptions, validate hypotheses, and improve product viability.
• Mentor junior design talent and help maintain user-centered design standards across multi-disciplinary teams.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of dedicated user experience and product design expertise.
• Master-level proficiency in interface architecture, complex design systems, and rapid prototyping across web and mobile ecosystems.
• Proven experience using data analytics and experimentation methodologies to drive strategic UX initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a creative, design, or technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
