Print Production Specialist (Graphic Design)

Martignetti Companies is seeking a Print Production Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of printed materials, ensuring high quality, on-time delivery, and brand consistency. This on-site role in Taunton, MA collaborates with designers, vendors, and stakeholders to transform digital designs into tangible displays, including banners, signage, case cards, table tents, drink lists, and wine lists. Precision and organization drive this position as it coordinates production workflows across multiple formats and substrates.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teammates to meet print deadlines and production targets
• Verify that print materials align with quality standards and brand guidelines
• Prepare print-ready files and confirm they meet required specifications
• Select appropriate materials and printing techniques for each project
• Maintain color accuracy and consistency across all outputs
• Operate large format printers, laminators, and cutting equipment to produce signage and display materials
• Mount printed graphics onto substrates such as foam board, acrylic, PVC, and aluminum with precision
• Cut case cards and other printed items to exact specifications using manual and automated tools
• Prepare, package, and label finished products for delivery or installation
• Assist with on-site installations, ensuring signs are securely mounted and visually polished
• Maintain equipment, tools, and workspace to support safety, efficiency, and quality
• Collaborate with design and production teams to troubleshoot issues and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to flawless work
• Ability to read and follow production specifications, measurements, and proofs accurately
• Familiarity with materials such as vinyl, foam board, acrylic, and adhesives
• Comfort with hand tools, cutting equipment, and mounting machinery
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift and move signage materials (up to 50 lbs) and work on ladders when needed
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Understanding of print specifications
• Resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Ability to carry out assignments with little supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
