Multimedia Marketing Specialist
Job Description
QuantixMind Inc. is seeking a Multimedia Marketing Specialist to support recruiting communications for the New Mexico Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion. This position is based in Santa Fe, NM (onsite), with the work location designated by the Battalion, and is contingent on QuantixMind being awarded the contract.
The role focuses on producing and maintaining multimedia marketing assets for campaigns, events, and digital touchpoints, supported by the software and equipment needed to deliver production-ready materials.
Role context
- Multimedia production and marketing content support for New Mexico Army National Guard recruiting and retention efforts.
- Onsite work in Santa Fe, NM, at a Santa Fe or Albuquerque location designated by the Battalion.
- Contract-dependent hiring: responsibilities and engagement are contingent on QuantixMind being awarded the contract.
Responsibilities
- Capture and produce photography, videography, and video editing for recruiting campaigns and events.
- Create graphic design for print and event collateral, delivered as press ready files with bleed.
- Produce social content sized to each platform, including vertical video.
- Maintain local website content updates and event schedule information.
- Manage digital assets by organizing work into the digital asset library for easy handoff.
- Provide event support, including occasional altered schedules for special events.
Requirements
- 2 years or more of professional experience in graphic design, marketing, photography, or video editing, supported by a portfolio of work you actually shipped.
- Portfolio is prioritized over a list of software skills.
- Degree in graphic design, communications, journalism, marketing, or advertising, or four years of relevant professional experience in place of a degree.
- Working proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Microsoft Office.
- High school graduate or equivalent, fluent in written and spoken American English.
- Ability to obtain and clear a Department of Defense background check.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- A short practical exercise during hiring.

Compensation and benefits
- $100,000 per year (USD 100,000 - 100,000 annually), above the local market for this role.
