Home Textile Product Designer

Peking Handicraft, Inc. is a long-established international home textile company seeking a Home Textile Product Designer to join on-site in South San Francisco. The role centers on building bedding and pillow collections from concept through production, including recoloring artwork, assembling tech packs, and developing compelling design directions to keep the line fresh and market-ready.

Responsibilities

• Design bedding and pillow collections featuring cut-and-sew details.
• Recolor existing artwork to meet customer specifications or trend palettes.
• Create tech packs for artwork, including repeat size, Pantone colors, and design scale.
• Generate new ideas and concepts to expand the collection.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is required.
• Strong CAD skills.
• Excellent eye for color, prints, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in bedding design is a plus, but training is provided; apparel designers are welcome to apply.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload in a fast-paced environment to meet multiple deadlines.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and a collaborative team player.
