Job Description

The Graphic Design Specialist, Mid role at Booz Allen is an onsite position in Camp Lejeune, NC, focused on producing graphic design, multimedia, and eLearning assets while partnering with instructional designers to translate technical information into engaging visuals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop graphic design, multimedia, and UX support deliverables such as presentations, briefing decks, instructional graphics, photography, video content, motion graphics, animations, print collateral, job aids, and web-based learning assets.
  • Assist with daily production tasks including presentation design, visual layout, image editing, photography, video production and editing, and content creation.
  • Support eLearning and training efforts by creating or assisting with 3D models, rendered visuals, video-based learning modules, HTML-based interactive activities, and other digital training assets.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, subject matter experts, project leads, and leadership to turn technical information into clear, professional visuals.
  • Bring creative energy and curiosity, with a willingness to learn new tools and workflows to generate meaningful work.
  • Balance daily graphic design and multimedia production with expanding eLearning capabilities through 3D modeling, video-based learning products, and HTML interactive learning.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a creative role such as graphic design, multimedia development, presentation design, video production, or content creation.
  • Experience creating graphics for print and digital products, including presentations, instructional materials, posters, job aids, and training support materials.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Audition.
  • Experience with photography, image editing, video production, video editing, motion graphics, or content animation.
  • Experience developing or supporting 3D models, scenes, textures, or rendered visuals using Blender or Maya.
  • Knowledge of basic coding or scripting concepts such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
  • Ability to support eLearning, HTML-based interactive learning products, web-based learning assets, or digital training activities.
  • Ability to work from storyboards, scripts, style guides, wireframes, technical references, or instructional design documentation.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Compensation

The salary range is determined by factors including location, education, knowledge, skills, experience, contract affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected annualized range is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00. This posting reflects a typical salary range and does not guarantee a specific figure; the listing may close within 90 days from the posting date.

Identity Verification

As part of the hiring process, Booz Allen may require identity verification using biometric and AI-based methods to ensure authenticity. Interviews and assessments may occur on camera, and Booz Allen may capture a photo to verify identity and prevent fraud.

Work Model

Our people-first culture emphasizes collaboration whether in person or remotely. For virtual work, cameras are generally expected to be on during meetings. Remote employees may occasionally need to work in person at Booz Allen or a client facility. Hybrid roles require frequent on-site work at Booz Allen facilities and may involve client sites. Onsite roles are primarily performed at Booz Allen offices or client facilities, with direct collaboration with colleagues and customers as needed.
