Job Description

This multi-functional role blends graphic design, IT support, and administrative coordination to sustain daily operations in Missoula, MT (onsite).

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain marketing assets across digital channels and printed collateral, ensuring top-tier visual quality.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications, guidelines, and approved templates.
  • Contribute to promotional content for campaigns, events, and internal initiatives, collaborating with marketing and operations teams.
  • Provide first-level technical support for staff, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Assist with setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of office technology, systems, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with external IT providers to escalate and resolve more complex problems with clear follow-ups.
  • Deliver general administrative support including scheduling, calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and office operations.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems with structured folders and consistent naming conventions.
  • Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day workflows and timely project delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members while demonstrating strong self-direction and accountability.

Requirements

  • Preferred background includes graphic design, administrative support, or IT-related roles, with a proven track record.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic IT issues.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills to handle competing priorities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in both digital and printed work.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to explain concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to team needs and deadlines.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Pay: $18.00 per hour
