Graphic Design - E2

Design impact, inside a respected brand system. In this Graphic Design (E2) role at Lockheed Martin, you’ll join an in-house creative team building high-quality visual solutions across print, digital, and motion graphics. The work supports internal partners within Rotary and Mission Systems and may involve coordination with external vendors when needed. Based in Owego, NY (onsite), this full-time position offers a salary range of $59,900 to $111,300 per year.

What you’ll do

• Elevate content through strong visual storytelling and motion graphics
• Translate a creative brief into deliverables and help expand concepts into broader campaign direction
• Create and deliver high-quality design solutions while working within an established corporate brand system
• Concept, design, and execute creative assets for a range of business needs
• Produce projects including internal communications, marketing materials, business development proposals, engineering publications, presentations, and campaign assets
• Collaborate closely with internal partners across Rotary and Mission Systems
• Coordinate with external vendors when needed
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

What you bring

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States as a permanent resident
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
• Proven motion graphics experience using Adobe After Effects (required)
• Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to develop and present creative solutions or campaign concepts
• Experience designing for both print and digital media
• Basic knowledge of pre-press production for digital, large-format, and offset printing
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work effectively under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Tools and collaboration

You’ll use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) along with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with HTML and related web design work is a plus.

Compensation notes

Full-Time Salary Range: $59,900.00 - $111,300.00. Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. PTO and leave accrual details vary for Washington state applicants, with prorating based on start date during the calendar year.
