Participate in collaborative brainstorming sessions where your ideas are valued.
Partner with cross-functional teams to define and design user journeys.
Create intuitive user interfaces that improve how people interact with fintech products.
Work on real problems that impact users’ lives.
Gather user feedback and insights, then refine designs to better match audience needs.
Use AI and other advanced tools and technologies to streamline design workflows and support creative iteration.
Produce highly polished deliverables, from wireframes and pixel-perfect mockups to prototypes and final assets.

Recent graduate or up to 5 years of experience in product design or related fields, with a portfolio demonstrating visual and interaction design strengths.
Alternative path: if you are not yet at the experience level, you can apply with the drive, confidence, and intelligence to make a difference.
Fluency with AI and AI-enabled design tools, including using AI to accelerate ideation, generate variations and prototypes, and iterate faster.
Demonstrated ability to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces with strong typography, color, layout, visual hierarchy, and motion instincts.
Fintech or financial product experience preferred, with an understanding of trust, confidence, and compliance considerations.
Experience designing consumer-facing products for mobile and responsive web.
Expert Figma skills, including component libraries, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping (additional tools are a plus).
Strong visual and interaction design skills with motivation to continuously improve both craft areas.
Team-first mindset, strong communication, and collaborative creativity.
