E-Commerce Art Director

BIG Wall Decor is seeking an E-Commerce Art Director to shape a digital-first creative direction that helps customers feel confident from the first click to the product page. This onsite role in Norton Shores, MI supports a brand-building approach across e-commerce and customer touchpoints, with a focus on visual consistency, clear product storytelling, and measurable conversion impact.

What you’ll do

• Own visual direction for BIG Wall Decor across major customer touchpoints, including the website, campaigns, product launches, social media, and email/SMS creative.
• Lead creative across digital advertising, landing pages, and the overall presentation of the brand.
• Concept and direct photography and video, guiding art direction for product imagery and creative capture.
• Develop a consistent visual language across web, content, and campaigns so the brand feels instantly recognizable.
• Collaborate on product merchandising and presentation, ensuring product storytelling is clear, compelling, and conversion-focused.
• Contribute across the creative workflow spanning website, launches, imagery, social content, advertising, and digital campaign assets.

• Capability to turn products and ideas into engaging stories rather than generic advertising.
• Awareness of current design, fashion, interiors, internet culture, and social trends.
• Comfort experimenting with AI and emerging creative tools.
• Ability to work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, developers, marketers, and the internal manufacturing team.
• Confidence developing a strong creative concept and refining details of product pages.
• Interest in testing ideas, learning from performance, and continuously improving the brand.

Compensation & benefits

Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
