Digital Marketing & Brand Coordinator (WordPress/Elementor Expert + Graphic Design Focus)
Job Description
Circuit Florida is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing & Brand Coordinator to own WordPress/Elementor websites, lead graphic design, and manage content and campaigns to grow membership, events, and brand awareness in motorsports.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain WordPress and Elementor websites, including customizations, page builds, updates, and on-demand changes.
- Handle back-end operations: troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, manage plugins and security, apply basic SEO, and keep sites fast, visually appealing, and conversion-focused.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney to accelerate content creation, copywriting, and design iterations.
- Produce striking visuals for the website, marketing collateral, print materials, merch, flags, banners, social graphics, event signage, and more.
- Elevate the brand aesthetic across digital and physical touchpoints with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma; portfolio required.
- Develop and publish engaging organic content (photos, videos, Reels, stories) that showcase track excitement and club lifestyle.
- Manage social channels via Hootsuite: schedule posts, engage the community, respond to messages/DMs, monitor reviews, and safeguard brand health.
- Grow presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Brainstorm and execute campaigns to boost Circuit Florida memberships and drive experiences for SuperSpeed.
- Support email marketing, CRM efforts, event promotion, and partnership initiatives.
- Track performance and propose data-driven improvements to campaigns and channels.
- Help bring campaigns and member events to life on site during events and activities.
Requirements
- Advanced WordPress and Elementor expertise with strong back-end knowledge, troubleshooting, customizations, and fast implementation.
- Professional-level graphic design skills with a portfolio showing clean, modern, high-impact web and print work.
- Experience managing social media with tools like Hootsuite.
- Strong writing and content creation abilities.
- Tech-savvy with comfort using AI tools to boost productivity.
- Local to Central Florida or willingness to work fully on-site in Auburndale; reliable transportation.
- Self-starter who takes ownership, moves quickly, and maintains high standards with limited supervision.
