Digital Designer

24 Seven is hiring a Digital Designer in Phoenix, AZ for an onsite role focused on strategic, hands-on creative. In this position, you will craft bold, high-impact design work that spans digital and print while partnering across teams to support brand growth, customer loyalty, and measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Concept, design, and deliver creative across web, app, email, social, packaging, print, and other marketing channels.
• Turn brand strategy and visual guidelines into cohesive, high-quality design solutions.
• Own projects from concept through production and final-file delivery.
• Work closely with creative, marketing, project management, and business partners.
• Present design rationale clearly, then incorporate feedback with urgency and confidence.
• Introduce new ideas, creative trends, and technology that elevate the work.
• Support photo and video shoots while maintaining visual and brand consistency.
• Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and keep exceptional attention to detail.

What you bring

• 6+ years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, or art direction.
• A standout portfolio showing strong typography, layout, color, photography, animation, and cross-channel design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with XD, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Experience producing work for digital platforms, social media, email, web, and print.
• Strong animation skills plus understanding of production and file-preparation best practices.
• A thoughtful, collaborative approach to problem-solving and integrating creative feedback.
• Excellent organization, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
• A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
