Creative Director, Devices Brand Studio
Job Description
Lead creative brand identity and campaign execution for Amazon Devices as part of the Device Brand Studio.
Responsibilities
- Develop brand-consistent creative that supports and reinforces product vision and business goals
- Collaborate with customer and market research teams to convert insights and data into customer-relevant creative with measurable outcomes
- Build credibility with stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
- Advocate for customers by incorporating user research into the creative process
- Use strong command of creative methods, tools, and presentation skills to communicate work clearly
- Direct a small team of copywriters, visual, retail, and brand designers for day-to-day execution
- Provide feedback and coaching to support team craft growth
- Coordinate with internal and external creative teams to keep deliverables aligned and on brand
Requirements
- 8+ years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience art directing motion designers, illustrators, writers, and content creators
- Experience partnering with technical partners for design implementation
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to apply them to create dynamic advertising solutions
- Knowledge of typographic and brand design principles

Role Details
- Location: Seattle, WA (onsite)
- Salary: USD 141,000 - 190,700 per yearly
- Experience: 8 years minimum
