Creative Director

Procter & Gamble is hiring a Creative Director in Cincinnati, OH 45202 (onsite) to lead hands-on creation of short-form advertising for men’s brand campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals; build a collaborative, innovation-focused environment that supports creativity and professional growth.
• Use modern production tools and AI-driven workflows to stay ahead of new ways to create content; strong “ninja prompting” skills are required.
• Own the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects; ensure timely completion, on-budget delivery, and high-quality output.
• Provide strategic and creative direction; review and approve campaign work to ensure alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Partner with in-house clients to understand goals; present concepts and solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Allocate resources, manage workloads, and prioritize tasks to hit deadlines; identify and resolve workflow issues.
• Operate as both “think and do”: develop the idea, write scripts, create mini social campaigns, and art-direct work through production.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in art direction or copywriting.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role at the Creative Director level within an agency.
• Proven ability and experience as a player coach.
• Documented track record of leading and inspiring creative teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects and design skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
