Builder - Staff Product Designer

Reevo is hiring a Staff Product Designer to take ownership of a major product surface end to end, elevate design team practices, and deliver front-end UX through agent-assisted workflows. The role is based in the Bay Area with daily in-person collaboration.

Role Overview

You will own an ambiguous, high-stakes area of the product, define what should exist, and shape the workflow and information architecture within a domain or across the full product surface when needed. You will prototype in code, ship the UX you own without waiting on a front-end specialist, and iterate based on real customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Own ambiguous, high-stakes product areas and decide what should be included.
• Own the workflow and information architecture, along with the core design bet across a domain or, at times, the product end to end.
• Prototype in the playground and work in the codebase to ship surface-level UX, including styling, states, alignment, and polish.
• Use agents for production work and collaborate with engineering to improve how experiences are built when outputs need improvement.
• Define the bet you are making and the signal that indicates whether it was correct, then ship, observe outcomes, and refine.
• Maintain design quality through edge cases, empty states, motion, and other details that determine whether the product feels designed or assembled.
• Provide critique that raises the bar for both your work and the team’s work.
• Participate actively in team channels, standups, and sales call recordings.
• Apply insights from how SDRs, AEs, sales managers, and RevOps leaders work to guide what you build.
• Build on the design system, extend it where it falls short, and design agent-orchestrated experiences where the interface remains thin for visibility, guidance, and trust.
• Mentor through strong critique and share the workflows and prompts behind the craft, not only the output.
• Contribute to hiring by serving as a trusted interviewer and helping define what candidates are screened for.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years designing products in a fast-paced environment, including meaningful time in B2B SaaS and startup-stage work.
• A track record of zero-to-one execution, shipping from nothing more than once, with the ability to discuss what went wrong and what you learned.
• Fluency with AI tooling in daily practice, with current experience building with agents.
• Comfort working in the codebase through agents, including prototyping and shipping real UI, and the ability to discuss tradeoffs with engineers.
• Systems thinking with the ability to build reusable patterns and understand the workflow beyond your immediate surface.
• Solution-led approach: present designs and prototypes rather than documents and open questions, and provide an alternative when disagreeing.
• Strong decision-making speed with incomplete information, keeping work moving rather than waiting for certainty.
• High craft bar paired with persistence, plus judgment for when shipping matters more than additional polishing.
• Self-starter who can operate in ambiguity with minimal process and strong collaboration, pulling leadership into the work when support is needed.
• Based in the Bay Area, in office five days a week at the San Francisco or Santa Clara office, with one day a week at the Santa Clara office.
