Bonus if you have
- Background writing for Republican campaigns, PACs, or advocacy groups
- Experience with corporate communications in regulated or reputation sensitive industries
Responsibilities
- Produce clear, persuasive copy for a diverse roster of public affairs clients
- Craft messaging for websites, ad campaigns, video scripts, digital ads, email blasts, brochures, and more
- Adapt tone, structure, and strategy to match each brand or candidate voice
- Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, and digital teams to ensure alignment
- Support rapid response needs
- Edit and refine drafts for accuracy, clarity, and impact
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional copywriting experience (agency, political, or in house)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of marketing work
- Excellent grasp of tone, narrative, structure, and audience targeting
- Ability to work quickly under deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Comfort with conservative, free market messaging
- Experience with digital marketing, branding, or campaign communications is a plus
- Familiarity with AP style and political compliance language
