Job Description

This onsite role in New York, NY with Accenture Song Life leads art direction and production for healthcare focused campaigns, aligning design with business goals and regulatory guidelines while partnering with the Creative Manager to shape concepts through production for patients and providers.

Responsibilities

  • Concept, storyboard, prototype, design, and oversee production of print, digital, and other creative solutions with a focus on quality
  • Present work with clear rationale that connects creative choices to project objectives and broader business goals
  • Own the design and creative development from concept through production, maintaining design excellence across all phases
  • Stay current with branding standards and regulatory requirements, including FDA guidelines, and translate those into project-specific needs
  • Provide constructive feedback to support the growth and learning of the design team
  • Collaborate with the Creative Manager to guide project plans and timelines
  • Engage with emerging technologies and stay up to date on digital design and development trends
  • Deliver results effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment

Requirements

  • 12+ years of conceptual healthcare/art experience, preferably within a health care marketing or communications agency
  • 5+ years of brand launch experience for both healthcare professionals and patient audiences
  • 10+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 10+ years of proven organizational and timeline prioritization skills, with scheduling flexibility to handle varying volumes and multiple assignments
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution across channels such as email, digital and print advertising, banners, brand messaging, web copy, video scripts, and marketing collateral
