Accenture Song is seeking a forward-thinking Senior Art Director for its Creative team in Scottsdale, AZ (onsite).

Work under the direction of Creative Directors
Own visual concepts and design solutions that address a range of creative challenges while maintaining or developing an optimal design workflow
Oversee and stay hands-on in visual design and design systems, including typography, logos, icons, and related assets
Apply design principles such as color, typography, photographic selection, element organization, and usability
Concept and design solutions that align to the brief, stay on brand, and use brand style guides, strategic principles, and templates
Author new brand styles and guidelines
Conceptualize, assign, and direct designers, production staff, and vendors to deliver the creative vision
Create flawless deliverables for handoff to developers, producers, and clients
Present and defend solutions to creatives, UX, developers, account leaders, and clients
Lead interdisciplinary collaboration across UX, copywriters, designers, project managers, strategists, and the development team
Lead brand style workshop sessions
Communicate with clients and internal teams in a professional and effective manner
Lead, mentor, task, direct, and contribute to the growth of more junior designers and art directors

At least 6 years of work experience in an agency environment
Portfolio showing at least 4 years of compelling visual solutions, design, and interactive experiences
Portfolio includes a track record of diverse experiences, awareness of current visual trends, and current aesthetic sensibility
At least 4 years of experience using Photoshop and Illustrator
At least 3 years of experience using Sketch, Adobe XD, and/or Figma, with strong written and verbal communication skills
At least 3 years of experience in cross-channel content creation (social, email, digital)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; Bachelor’s degree in design, digital media, or related field
Motion graphics or illustration skills
Strong understanding of brand design systems principles
Strong PowerPoint and client deck creation
Highly skilled and proficient in e-commerce design
Excellent presentation skills and ability to act as a client-facing representative during presentations
Participation in new business initiatives
Experience in packaging design
Experience with emerging digital platforms
Photo/video shoot direction experience
