Associate Creative Director, Art
Job Description
The Associate Creative Director, Art role at Princeton10 provides creative leadership for client work across the pharmaceutical and wellness industries. This position partners with internal teams to shape creative strategies, deliver art assets with compliance awareness, and reports to the VP, Creative Director.
Creative Strategy & Client Collaboration
- Collaborate with departmental leads to develop project briefs aligned with client goals
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through creative ideation, recommendations, and ongoing support
- Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and other cross-functional teams
- Provide expert insight on brands, disease states, clinical trials and data, and competitive products, as well as relevant media and technology
- Translate client strategies into unique marketing initiatives through proactive discovery and creation
Art Leadership & Asset Quality
- Produce high quality art assets and ensure delivery standards are maintained
- Manage any 3rd party vendors involved in the creation of art assets
- Support compliance-aware creative delivery across client engagements
Team Management & Operational Support
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the design team
- Set priorities, assign resources, and help ensure project goals are achieved
- Partner with the CDs to motivate and encourage creative team growth while maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
Industry Awareness & Agency Direction
- Stay current on industry, competitor, and cultural trends, applying these references to creative development
- Influence industry trends and contribute to shaping agency strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
- At least 5 years of experience working in an agency environment
- 3 years of experience at a leadership level
- Experience leading brand planning with clients with budgets in the $3M-$8M range
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry trends
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- Excellent presentation and client interaction skills
Compensation & Location
Location: Montclair, NJ (remote). Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 per year.
