Job Description

The Associate Creative Director, Art at Princeton10 leads art direction and creative strategy for pharmaceutical and wellness clients, mentoring art teams and ensuring regulatory-compliant, best-in-class output. This remote-friendly role supports collaboration across the United States or Canada, with a preference for aligning with Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with departmental leads to develop clear project briefs and goals
  • Fortify client relationships through proactive creative ideation, recommendations, and ongoing support
  • Present creative concepts and strategic approaches to clients and cross-functional teams
  • Provide deep insight into brands, disease states, clinical trials and data, and competitive products, as well as relevant media and technology
  • Proactively uncover and craft unique marketing initiatives that fulfill client strategies
  • Ensure high quality art assets and manage third-party vendors to deliver them
  • Assist in day-to-day design team operations, including setting priorities, allocating resources, and achieving project goals
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors to motivate the team and foster growth while maintaining strong internal relationships
  • Stay current with industry, competitor, and cultural trends, applying references to ideas and influencing agency strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including a minimum of 5 years in an agency setting and 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience leading brand planning with clients managing budgets in the $3M-$8M range
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and current industry trends
  • Proven leadership and collaborative skills
  • Excellent presentation and client-facing communication abilities
