Associate Creative Director, Art

Accenture Song Life seeks an Associate Creative Director, Art to lead art direction, visual strategy, and overall creative quality for assigned brands. This onsite role in New York, NY offers a salary range of USD 87,400 to 224,600 per year and involves collaborating with account teams to translate objectives into compelling brand work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Art Directors and Copywriters to shape and execute creative concepts and brand initiatives aligned with marketing objectives and strategy
• Serve as a creative partner with the account team to incorporate feedback from corporate clients
• Provide the account team with information on turn-around times, schedules, and project status
• Understand the target audience and marketing goals for each brand
• Take on a creative and strategic role in new business pitches
• Guide junior and mid-level Art Directors
• Propose future initiatives for all assigned accounts
• Coordinate with the account team to ensure quality and efficiency across all creative and brand projects and troubleshoot as needed
• Present creative ideas and brand work to clients
• Represent the agency as a client liaison
• Travel may be required for this role, with amounts varying based on business needs and client requirements

Requirements

• 7+ years of art direction experience at an advertising agency is preferred
• Portfolio showcasing digital and print work, including experience with pharma or healthcare clients
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) of work experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to understand therapeutic areas, interpret medical data, and grasp new concepts quickly
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
• Deep understanding of branding, strategy, and marketing
• Strong conceptual ability with solid aesthetic judgment
