Job Description
Accenture is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art for an onsite role in Morristown, New Jersey, with a salary range of USD 87,400 to 224,600 annually.
Responsibilities
- Lead art direction for one or more brands, upholding high standards to align with the visual strategy and overall creative quality across projects.
- Collaborate with Art Directors and Copywriters to develop and execute campaigns and brand projects based on marketing objectives and strategic direction.
- Serve as a creative partner to the account team, integrating feedback from corporate clients into deliverables.
- Provide the account team with turnaround times, schedules, and status updates for all creative work.
- Understand target audiences and marketing goals for each assigned brand to guide direction.
- Take on a creative and strategic role in new business pitches.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level Art Directors.
- Recommend future initiatives for all assigned accounts to drive growth.
- Collaborate with the Account team to ensure quality and efficiency across all creative and brand projects; troubleshoot as needed.
- Present concepts and brand work to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Represent the agency as the primary client liaison.
- Travel may be required; travel frequency varies with business needs and client requirements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of art direction experience at an advertising agency is preferred.
- Portfolio showcasing digital and print work, including experience with pharma or healthcare clients.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to quickly grasp therapeutic areas, interpret medical data, and learn new concepts.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
- Deep understanding of branding, strategy, and marketing.
- Strong conceptual ability with solid aesthetic judgment.
