Associate Creative Director, Art

Responsibilities

• Lead and own projects, developing disruptive ideas with minimal oversight or direction.
• Build and maintain client relationships, overseeing presentations and collaborating directly with clients on productions.
• Concept and art direct, creating storyboards and comps without reliance on the Design team.
• Align ideas with strategic briefs and ensure all concepts stay on brief.
• Manage multiple clients and timelines concurrently.
• Oversee all aspects of production and post-production with limited supervision.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to deliver creative excellence on schedule.
• Demonstrate strong presentation skills for internal and client audiences.
• Provide and receive constructive feedback professionally.
• Navigate the business landscape with maturity, uncovering creative opportunities on challenging accounts.
• Mentor and lead creative teams.
