Job Description

The Loomis Corporation offers a hybrid, design-forward environment in Dallas, TX, with hands-on creative work that moves from concept to culture. What you’ll do

Work at the heart of concept development and execution. You will partner with copywriters and the broader team to develop concepts from creative briefs, then carry your work through completion. That means presenting ideas, creating layouts, producing final files, and delivering digital executions for integrated campaigns.

  • Collaborate with copywriters and other team members to develop concepts based on creative briefs.
  • Manage your own projects from concept to completion, including presentations, layouts, final files, and digital execution.
  • Partner with writers and thinkers to generate ideas that spark conversations, not just fill a media buy.
  • Apply creative mastery to strengthen brand performance across social platforms.
  • Present your vision, defend the big idea, and build trust directly with clients.
  • Ensure every pixel supports both high-level brand identity and the technical details of integrated work.

What you bring

  • 2-5 years in the agency trenches.
  • Adobe Creative Suite and Figma are in your workflow.
  • Video editing and/or the ability to snap professional photos is a plus.
  • Demonstrated conceptual thinking, not only execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or portfolio school required (internship helpful).
  • Minimum experience: 2 years.
