Join Lilly’s Thread Collective, an in-house studio in Indianapolis that transforms strategy into distinctive, inclusive campaigns across digital and print. You’ll collaborate with writers, designers, and cross-functional teams while upholding brand and accessibility standards. This hybrid, on-site role offers a competitive salary range of USD 127,500 – 187,000 per year and a mission-driven culture focused on helping patients through life-changing medicines.

Responsibilities
- Concept and execution across channels: Develop and deliver integrated concepts across digital, social, video, print, and experiential platforms, translating strategy into brand-aligned creative for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate and communicate: Partner with copywriters, designers, cross-functional teams and agency partners to build cohesive storytelling, present ideas clearly, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Champion brand and accessibility standards: Ensure deliverables follow brand guidelines, accessibility requirements, and regulatory standards while promoting inclusive design across all formats.
- Advance systems and emerging technology: Evolve design systems, platforms, technologies and tools to improve consistency, streamline workflows, and create space for high-value creative thinking.
- Mentor, optimize and elevate the work: Stay current on trends and audience behaviors, mentor talent, and contribute to a culture of creative excellence through thoughtful reviews and shared insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience as an Art Director for both digital and traditional channels
- 6+ years in a traditional agency setting leading concepting, pitches, and creative development from initial strategy through final execution
- Link to portfolio required
- Eligible to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not provide sponsorship for work authorization or visas, including the listed categories
