Frame.io, an Adobe company, seeks a Senior Staff Product Designer to guide design strategy, prototyping, and mentorship across the product, with a focus on generative AI and the future of creative collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Define product level design strategy and long term direction across the Frame.io product to identify key opportunities and ensure a cohesive, best-in-class experience.
- Establish and uphold high standards of design excellence, shaping both foundational systems and innovative patterns with a focus on fluidity, elegance, and meticulous detail.
- Lead through prototyping and exploration using tools such as Cursor, Figma, and emerging AI-powered platforms to validate direction before development.
- Collaborate with Frame.io and Adobe leadership to influence product strategy, presenting design work and insights to senior stakeholders and aligning organizations around design thinking.
- Pioneer advancements in creative collaboration technology by engaging with generative AI, new workflows, and next-generation tools to define Frame.io's leadership in the category.
- Serve as a design leader and mentor, elevating the craft and strategic thinking of designers through critiques, workshops, and by example.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience, with a track record of defining and shipping category-leading products at organizations renowned for design excellence and large-scale adoption.
- World-class craft across visual and interaction design, and prototyping, capable of creating inspiring prototypes that validate breakthrough ideas and elaborate complex workflows.
- Strategic product vision with deep systems thinking, ability to design foundational systems that enable product evolution while grounding work in user insights and scalable business outcomes.
- Executive level communication and influence, presenting with clarity to drive alignment and guide product direction across organizations including senior leadership.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders across product, engineering, and business to achieve cross-functional alignment.
- Experience in design leadership and mentoring at scale, fostering culture, developing talent, and expanding the impact of design teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and thought leadership, showcasing breakthrough solutions, meticulous execution, and strategic impact at the highest levels of product design.
- Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities, with an understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, including testing of comps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Accessibility certifications from IAAP (CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS) preferred.

The U.S. pay range for this role varies by geographic market. The general range is USD 158,000 to 301,050 annually. In California, the pay range is USD 207,900 to 301,050. Non-sales roles are paid as base salary with eligibility for an annual incentive. Some roles may include long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
