Target’s Loyalty UX Team is building the next-generation loyalty ecosystem, and this role helps shape how loyalty feels across digital and in-store touchpoints. You’ll design end-to-end member experiences spanning membership, rewards, personalization, and member engagement, working alongside Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and cross-functional business partners to translate strategy into intuitive, user-centric design.
What you’ll be doing
- Own design work across the full product lifecycle, from early discovery and strategic approach through ideation, design, testing, and delivery with engineering partners
- Lead and contribute craft-specific work on large, complex initiatives with cross-team impact
- Use insights, data, and both quantitative and qualitative research to pursue user-centric outcomes within your product space
- Produce design deliverables aligned to each stage of the process, including journey maps, wireframes, user flows, UI design, and prototypes
- Maintain high standards for craft, including accessibility, user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design
- Help strengthen a human-centered approach across UX, product, and engineering teams
- Navigate ambiguity to deliver meaningful impact for guests and the business
What you bring
- 6+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products at scale, or equivalent experience
- Strong product design capability, including structuring and planning work, owning the design process, and delivering high-quality experiences from concept through execution
- Proficiency with product design and prototyping tools, including Figma
- Strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills
- A habit of engaging with complex problems, challenging the status quo, and understanding the “why” behind human behavior and mindsets
- Proven ability to use data and insights to set direction and communicate your approach
- Design thinking that prioritizes outcomes, clarity, and welcoming experiences
- Understanding of how design supports and improves business outcomes

Hybrid/Flex work arrangement
This role operates as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day arrangement based on Target’s needs. Core duties may require being onsite at Target HQ in Minneapolis, MN and/or virtually, depending on role, team, and daily tasks. Work duties cannot be performed outside the country of the primary work location unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
