The Web Designer will support the creation of responsive marketing pages and landing pages, collaborate across marketing, product, and engineering, and help refine the design and usability of application screens and user flows. Work includes on-page SEO implementation, continuous improvements based on analytics and feedback, and light customization using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain responsive marketing webpages and landing pages, ensuring content, layouts, and visual assets remain accurate and consistent with brand standards.
Implement on-page SEO elements, including page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, image alt text, internal links, and clear page URLs, coordinating technical SEO improvements with developers.
Enhance page speed, mobile usability, accessibility, and conversion paths; use analytics and user feedback to guide ongoing iterations.
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma for marketing pages and Phennx application screens and user flows.
Contribute to reusable UI components and design patterns that improve application consistency and usability.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into designs, provide clear handoffs, and review implementation quality.
Use HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to customize webpages, troubleshoot layout issues, and support simple interactions; test across devices and browsers.

Requirements
