Based onsite in Edmond, Oklahoma, the Motion Designer will craft motion graphics for Life.Church's Central and campus teams, weekend experiences, and campaigns, applying contemporary design techniques to support the church's mission.
Role Overview
The Motion Designer is responsible for developing engaging motion graphics across central and campus teams, weekend experiences, and campaigns, using innovative design approaches to advance Life.Church's objectives.
Responsibilities
- Review the project management system to receive assignments and project tasks
- Develop storyboards and concepts for motion graphics
- Create animations and motion graphics using After Effects, Cinema 4d and other applications
- Collaborate with Central and campus teams to produce required motion graphics
- Generate engaging 2D and 3D visual content for use with weekend experiences and ministry teams
- Identify and implement new design techniques and practices
Requirements
- 1+ years of related work experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems with innovative thinking
- Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines while remaining flexible
- Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills to clearly explain complex processes and foster partnerships
- Strong capabilities in process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide vision to projects
- Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to mentor and guide others
