Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V is recruiting for a Vice President, Creative Director - Art in New York, on site. This leadership role directs a senior creative team to deliver large-scale, cross-channel campaigns across broadcast, digital, social, print and interactive formats, with a focus on elevating the creative product. The ideal candidate brings an art-direction background and 10+ years in advertising or interactive agencies, along with strong leadership, client management and new-business capabilities.

- Salary: USD 200,000 - 220,000 per year
- Minimum experience: 10 years
Responsibilities
- Uphold high standards of creative quality
- Drive a forward-looking digital experiences strategy for clients and the agency
- Inspire and advocate trend-setting, cutting-edge creative work
- Reports to EVP, Executive Creative Director
- Lead and mentor members of the creative department
- Manage client relationships
- Lead new business efforts
- Stay current with industry and creative trends
- Ensure creative work is delivered within the defined strategy, timelines and budget
- Lead client meetings to present creative concepts
Requirements
- 10+ years of agency experience with a focus on art direction
- DTC experience is required for this position
- Ability to manage and nurture creative talent
- A proven track record of pitching and winning new business
- Ability to inspire others and work collaboratively
- Excellent presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership and an understanding of upper management responsibilities
- Availability to travel to meet client and agency needs
- Commitment to work extra hours as needed to ensure client satisfaction
The position requires the following qualities
- 10+ years of agency experience with a primary art background
- Direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience is required
- Ability to nurture and manage creative talent
- Proven history of pitching and securing new business
