Sr Pr/Marketing Consultant, Graphic Design
Job Description
UC Health offers a hybrid, Cincinnati-based senior marketing leadership role that treats design as a strategic driver of growth. In this position you will lead creative across campaigns, digital, print, social, and brand initiatives, partnering with marketing, communications, digital, and clinical teams to advance organizational goals. You will mentor designers, elevate storytelling, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. This role provides visibility across the organization as a strategic partner and offers opportunities to shape brand systems while staying ahead of design trends in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver inventive creative for campaigns across digital, print, social, and brand programs
- Transform strategic briefs into clear visual concepts and design systems
- Elevate concepts, craftsmanship, and storytelling beyond the expected
- Lead projects from initial concept through final delivery with limited supervision
- Provide guidance and feedback to designers to raise the team's output
- Keep ahead of design trends, tools, and emerging approaches, applying them thoughtfully
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, digital, and clinical stakeholders to craft effective solutions
- Partner with writers and strategists to realize integrated ideas
- Present and defend creative work clearly, tying decisions back to strategy
- Navigate feedback from multiple stakeholders while preserving the integrity of the work
- Build strong relationships that position the creative function as a strategic partner
- Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy across all brand touchpoints
- Uphold and refine brand standards, visual systems, and templates
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and modernize the brand expression
- Serve as a go-to resource for brand guidance across the organization
- Manage multiple projects independently, balancing priorities and deadlines
- Own the creative process from intake through final delivery
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align on scope and timelines
- Prepare production-ready files for print, digital channels, and vendor handoff
- Proactively identify risks and resolve problems before they impact delivery

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, or a related field (B.A. or B.S.)
- Minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience
