Senior Web Designer and Developer
Job Description
Altrx is seeking a senior design and development partner to shape mobile-first, conversion-focused web experiences for Trinity Healthcare Supply.
Responsibilities
- Design conversion-focused digital experiences for acquisition landing pages, core website pages, product and offer pages, quizzes, lead-generation funnels, and checkout-adjacent experiences
- Create designs for advertorials and campaign microsites
- Turn strategy into execution by translating briefs, customer research, positioning, offers, and copy into clear visual hierarchy, storytelling, and persuasive user journeys
- Lead mobile-first execution for a primarily mobile audience, with attention to speed, readability, accessibility, intuitive interaction, and consistent visuals across breakpoints and devices
- Apply CRO principles to support measurable performance: develop testable hypotheses, create A/B test variants, and work with Growth and Analytics to interpret results and iterate
- Build scalable Figma systems including reusable components, responsive patterns, design tokens, templates, and documentation for speed and consistency
- Produce implementation-ready assets with complete responsive states, interaction specifications, exports, annotations, and close collaboration with developers through QA and launch
- Strengthen brand presence through premium art direction, typography, color, imagery, motion, and page composition while keeping clarity, credibility, and conversion goals aligned
- Support customer trust by designing within healthcare, privacy, accessibility, and advertising-compliance requirements, partnering with legal and compliance stakeholders as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional web or digital product design experience, including hands-on work for performance-driven consumer businesses such as DTC, e-commerce, subscription, consumer health, or wellness
- A standout portfolio with live websites and landing pages that demonstrates visual craft, responsive design, persuasive storytelling, and clear ownership (performance context or measurable outcomes preferred where available)
- Advanced Figma skills: auto layout, components and variants, variables, prototyping, responsive systems, libraries, and developer handoff
- Conversion-centered design experience including message hierarchy, above-the-fold strategy, offer presentation, social proof, risk reversal, CTAs, forms, checkout flows, and objection handling
- Strong foundation in UX, information architecture, interaction design, responsive behavior, accessibility, and usability
- High-level typography, layout, color, imagery selection, and art-direction judgment (premium execution without overdesigning)
- Ability to balance brand, customer needs, compliance, technical constraints, and commercial goals while managing multiple fast-moving priorities
- Clear communication, strong presentation skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a low-ego, highly collaborative style
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive frameworks, browser behavior, and common CMS or landing-page platforms (full-time development not required, but designs must be technically realistic)
- Experience preparing optimized web assets and making performance-conscious decisions involving image formats, video, animation, page weight, and Core Web Vitals
- Comfort collaborating with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Webflow, Shopify, Framer, WordPress, project-management platforms, analytics tools, and experimentation platforms
- Understanding of how paid-social and paid-search traffic behaves, plus ability to maintain message continuity from ad to landing page
- Ability to articulate why a design should improve conversion and specify the metric or customer behavior that would validate the decision
- Comfort designing rapid test variants across headlines, offers, proof, page structure, forms, CTAs, pricing, imagery, and trust elements
- Use quantitative data (heatmaps, session recordings, research, testing results) to inform design without letting dashboards replace creative judgment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telehealth, healthcare, wellness, supplements, or another regulated consumer category
- Experience with high-volume paid acquisition, subscription or continuity offers, quizzes, lead funnels, and direct-response creative
- Working knowledge of CRO platforms, GA4, heatmapping or session-replay tools, and accessibility standards such as WCAG
