Own iterative product design for real estate transaction workflows across web and native mobile at Compass.

Develop and refine high-impact enterprise workflow experiences for commissions, contracts, and financial reporting
Wireframe and prototype concepts into high-fidelity designs and design system-ready components
Create visually strong, intuitive end-to-end workflows aligned to the platform and broader brand context
Conduct design research to understand user behavior, identify pain points, and validate design direction
Use analytics, data, and competitive analysis to validate, improve, advocate for, and measure design outcomes
Partner with product managers to help define strategy, plan the roadmap, and deliver product requirements tied to business objectives
Collaborate with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility, guide implementation, and support quality across web and native (iOS and Android)

Fluency in English for clear, persuasive, and concise communication of design ideas
4+ years of user experience (UX) design experience
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex workstreams into simple, intuitive experiences
Expertise in user research, storytelling, and prototyping
Knowledge of modern and emerging web and mobile UI patterns and relevant design tools
Production-quality tool proficiency, including Figma plus Claude Design and Google Suite
Strong UX writing skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Comfort working with autonomy and flexibility
Customer orientation
Experience designing enterprise-level financial tools is a plus

Product Designers lead the full lifecycle across all platforms, collaborate with product managers on strategy, participate in research to test and validate designs, and consult with engineering to bring designs to life

Base pay range: USD 122,000 - 136,000 per year (base pay offered may vary by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience)
Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits
