CoStar Group seeks a Product Designer to help integrate CoStar Real Estate Manager and Visual Lease through user-centered, end-to-end product design.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn business goals into intuitive, high-quality design solutions.
Use design thinking to create user-centered experiences and support the evolution of the design system for consistency and quality.
Lead multiple design efforts from concept through production, balancing creative direction with execution in a fast-paced environment.
Explain and justify design ideas using verbal and visual communication, including concepts, sketches, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Share work across teams, collect feedback, iterate quickly, and support launches of polished experiences.
Maintain strong attention to detail and protect design quality throughout the development process.
Stay organized while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Create developer-ready design specifications to support accurate implementation.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person university or college.
3+ years of professional UX Design experience.
Portfolio that demonstrates strong visual craft and sharp design thinking across deep experiences.
Strong ability to build Figma components, prototypes, and Dev Mode specifications.
Experience conducting user testing and translating findings into design improvements.
Ability to clearly communicate design ideas and rationale verbally and visually.
Detail-oriented mindset with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and a commitment to inclusive design practices.
Curiosity to explore emerging design tools and technologies, with a focus on continuous growth.
Demonstrated track record of commitment to previous employers.
