The Senior Product Designer role at fomo Labs focuses on delivering end-to-end product features across mobile, web, and more, supporting the work from early concepting through shipped experiences. This position is based in New York City with a strong in-person culture and close partnership with frontend engineers.

Role Overview

You will own product design work end to end, guiding features from initial problem framing to what ultimately ships. The role emphasizes fast iteration, hands-on prototyping, and continued improvement of the fomo design system. You will also collaborate directly with frontend engineers to build, review, and refine implementation for mobile and web.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end features across mobile, web, and beyond, from early concepts through to shipped outcomes
Drive feature work from problem framing through production delivery
Partner closely with frontend engineers to build, review, and refine implementation
Prototype quickly to test interactions and flows before committing to a final approach
Use AI and new tooling to accelerate progress, while shaping how the team designs and ships
Contribute to and evolve the fomo design system

Requirements

5+ years of product design experience at a mid to senior level
A strong portfolio demonstrating high craft and product intuition, with shipped work you owned end to end
Strong prototyping skills, with comfort iterating and shipping using AI and new tools
Ability to thrive with autonomy and ownership on a small, flat team
Experience or strong interest in consumer or fintech products is a plus
Personal crypto trading experience is a plus

Compensation

Salary: USD 200,000 to 260,000 per year.
