Job Description

Join TP-Link Systems Inc. in Irvine, California as a Senior Motion Designer. This onsite role focuses on crafting and animating high quality motion graphics to support brand, marketing, and digital initiatives across TP-Link Systems. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least six years of post production experience, offering opportunities to elevate our visual storytelling while collaborating with cross functional teams.

Compensation

USD 80,000 - 120,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Lead video projects from concept through final delivery
  • Develop storyboards, style frames, and animations to clearly convey design concepts
  • Capture high quality images and footage of consumer electronics products
  • Produce compelling motion graphics for campaigns, product launches, brand videos, websites, and branding initiatives
  • Maintain consistent visual brand tone across digital touchpoints
  • Push creative boundaries with a strong standard of excellence
  • Organize project files and documentation to support efficient workflows
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to align vision and execution
  • Stay informed on motion design trends, storytelling techniques, and new technologies to elevate output

Requirements

  • Portfolio link must be provided with application
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 6 years in a post-production environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing motion design work
  • Creative mindset with innovative problem solving
  • Proficiency with modern motion design tools (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Figma, etc)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with pre-production and production processes is highly preferred
  • Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D and Blender or equivalent
