Job Description

Mammoth Brands (Harry's) is building digital experiences that feel as considered as the brand behind them. You’ll join a collaborative, craft-obsessed team where critique, iteration, and real attention to detail are part of how work gets made and improved. The Harry's and Flamingo Creative team owns creative output across digital surfaces and beyond, helping translate brand strategy into experiences that are both beautiful and commercially sharp.

What you’ll design

As a senior digital designer, you’ll create the direct-to-consumer web experience for Harry's and lead the creative visual expression of the Harry's brand in digital, with a strong focus on website and email. You’ll partner closely with UX and Product to define how digital experiences look and feel across US and International properties.

Responsibilities

  • Develop digital concepts grounded in brand, UX, and UI, and clearly make the case for them through visuals and written explanations.
  • Translate Harry's brand strategy, identity, and visual systems into distinctive digital experiences across DTC, Amazon, Marketplaces, email, and other interactive touchpoints.
  • Define and evolve the visual design language, storytelling principles, and creative direction that shape how Harry's comes to life across the digital ecosystem, in partnership with UX, Product, and Digital Merchandising.
  • Spend most of your time designing from early concepts and prototypes through polished UI, email, digital merchandising, and final handoff.
  • Craft brand-led experiences where UI, motion, and content work together, with accessibility and UX baked in from the start.
  • Keep conversion, merchandising, and the customer journey in view, balancing brand expression with commercial performance and letting testing guide decisions.
  • Communicate your thinking with clarity in presentations, reviews, and stakeholder conversations.
  • Own quality across projects by managing your own time and priorities across pages and features, while staying receptive to direction from senior designers and helping raise the bar through critiques, systems thinking, and mentorship of junior designers.
  • Partner with Brand Creative, UX, Product, Engineering, and Brand Marketing to ensure brand storytelling and visual execution align to customer experience and commercial goals.
  • Contribute to a team culture built on critique, iteration, and genuine care for craft.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital design, product design, or a related field (agency, in-house brand, or e-commerce).
  • A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end digital work, including concept, UX, UI, visual design, interaction, and prototyping, with the level of detail that distinguishes good from excellent.
  • Strong command of typography, layout, UI design, interaction design, and visual storytelling (motion or deeper brand experience is a bonus).
  • Ability to connect design decisions to business goals and customer needs, and defend them to stakeholders.
  • Experience building and evolving design systems, modular UI, component libraries, and style guides.
  • High proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and interactive workflows, and comfort in modern collaborative design environments.
  • Ability to do your best work in iterative environments where teams share early and often.
  • Experience designing for e-commerce or DTC (Shopify or similar) is a strong plus.
