Multimedia Graphic Design Specialist
Job Description
Join a client contract team to create print and training graphics that support intelligence and cyber community learning products.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Graphic Designer on a client contract, with day-to-day work changing based on mission needs and deliverables
- Develop print graphics supporting intelligence and cyber community training products
- Apply graphic design skills to multiple complex assignments, including broad requests that require originality and innovation to determine approach
- Maintain accuracy, time management, and attention to detail in a deadline-oriented environment
- Collaborate with intelligence and cyber SMEs, senior Instructional System Designers (ISDs), and curriculum developers
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer
- 3+ years using Adobe Creative Suite and the Microsoft Office suite
- 3+ years developing Interactive Multi-Media Instruction (IMI) at ICW levels 2, 3, and 4
- 1+ years developing Section 508 compliant courseware, including SCORM 4.1 and HTML5 standards
- 1+ years developing courseware in support of an approved Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) Learning Management System (LMS)
- TS/SCI clearance
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Graphic Design, or Communications, plus 3+ years of experience in graphic design or communications (or alternative degree/experience combinations listed below)
Degree/experience alternatives accepted: Master’s degree plus 1+ years experience, or 5+ years experience in graphic design or communications in lieu of a degree.

Clearance
- Selected applicants will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- TS/SCI clearance is required
Compensation
- Projected compensation range: $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD)
- Salary is determined by location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements

Work Model
