Motion Designer

We Built It is seeking a Motion & Social Designer to create polished motion and visual assets for digital and social channels. In this remote role, you will help turn campaign ideas into brand-consistent graphics while keeping delivery timelines tight for a broad U.S. consumer audience.

The position blends concept development with hands-on production using industry-standard tools, working closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners to ensure each asset is ready for its intended format and placement.

What you’ll do

• Conceptualize and produce motion graphics in After Effects.
• Design both static and animated content for social media platforms.
• Translate campaign concepts into engaging visual executions.
• Ensure work stays aligned with established brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Adapt creative assets across multiple formats and placements.
• Collaborate directly with copywriters, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while working under tight timelines.
• Participate in ideation sessions and contribute creative solutions.

What you bring

• 2–4 years of relevant experience (Semi-Senior preferred; Junior profiles with strong portfolios may be considered).
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects.
• Demonstrated experience designing for social media environments.
• Strong creative thinking and conceptual development skills.
• A solid understanding of typography, layout, motion principles, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to maintain quality while working at speed.
• B2–C1 English proficiency (written and verbal required).
• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Familiarity with project management and communication tools such as Monday and Microsoft Teams.
