Motion Designer
Job Description
Applied Intuition seeks a Motion Designer to strengthen the company’s brand through visual storytelling across digital and physical experiences. The role focuses on creating motion graphics and visual design assets, coordinating with cross-functional partners, and maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics, animations, and visual assets that reinforce the brand across digital channels.
- Develop, evolve, and maintain visual brand guidelines to support consistency across marketing, product, and corporate communications.
- Produce creative assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, digital advertising, presentations, reports, and other marketing materials, including iconography, illustrations, infographics, and interactive content.
- Design visual assets for physical experiences such as trade show booths, signage, brochures, event materials, and other branded collateral.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to translate project goals into motion and visual design solutions.
- Apply stakeholder feedback to refine concepts and align deliverables with business objectives.
- Monitor design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve visual communications.
- Maintain an organized library of brand assets to enable consistency and efficient collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in motion design, production design, brand design, or a related creative role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, digital design, and print design work, including excellent typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), plus Figma or Sketch.
- Experience designing for web and mobile platforms with an understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Experience preparing print-ready files and designing for physical environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
USD 300,000 per year.
