Job Description

Motion Design Associate Manager in Brooklyn, NY (onsite) at Accenture LLP leads motion design concepts and interactive experiences, collaborates with developers, and defines animation team processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of diverse motion design content and interactive experiences.
  • Propose innovative creative concepts and oversee their execution through all production stages.
  • Create initial visual and motion concepts and prototypes with interactive elements, ensuring detail and design integrity from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to embed motion into product builds and scalable integrations.
  • Establish and refine animation workflows and provide constructive feedback to support junior designers' growth.

Requirements

  • Earn a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Product Design, Brand Design, or a related field, plus five years of progressive post-baccalaureate IT consulting experience.
  • Design, prototype, and develop multimedia content including visuals and audio to enable augmented reality experiences.
  • Design animations and videos using Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Audition.
  • Create brand-consistent animation campaigns for web display, social platforms (Facebook, Instagram), ad campaigns, and YouTube.
  • Manage motion quality assurance by drafting motion guidelines and collaborating with technology teams to ensure scalable integration into product builds.
  • Design an interactive digital experience with dynamic personalized quizzes and scalable interactive components for a global sales funnel.
  • Bring three years of experience designing B2B brand ecosystems including logo, color palette, typography, animation style, and graphic elements and websites, for the cybersecurity industry.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically about 80 percent of the time to meet client needs.
