Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist
Job Description
The Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for conceptualizing and producing print and digital marketing and graphic design materials to support Jeske Hardware Distributors and Stone Harbor Hardware. This role partners closely with the marketing team to create assets for multiple channels, including social media, digital advertising, and website placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, create, and produce a range of print materials, including product catalogs, brochures, sell sheets, promotional materials, product instructions and packaging, and corporate event logos and materials.
- Maintain consistency with company and brand standards for all created assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials for digital channels such as digital ads and website banners.
- Work with the marketing team to develop content for company or brand social media channels.
- Apply creative thinking to develop new materials and innovative solutions.
- Stay current on software, technology, and best practices used to produce high-quality marketing materials and results.
- Assist with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed, including trade show preparation, prize fulfillment, and promotional activities.
- Contribute to team outcomes by completing related tasks as assigned.
- Potential opportunities to travel to company events and trade shows.
- Perform all other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 year of marketing or graphic design experience preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Experience with HTML and creating email ad campaigns preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of AI tools to improve efficiency, support research, and streamline workflows while maintaining original, human-created design and final creative output.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills via phone, email, and in person.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to organizational needs.
- Flexibility and capability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to be a team player with a positive attitude.
