Graphic Designer/Web Designer

Hybrid full-time Graphic Designer/Web Designer position in Chattanooga, TN with Riverworks Marketing Group, offering USD 48,000 - 55,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Design and build websites using content management systems such as Divi or Elementor (or comparable themes)
• Write and edit basic HTML and CSS within existing files and templates
• Collaborate with the art director, developers, and account managers to execute designs on schedule
• Create marketing emails using platforms like Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, and Toast
• Develop ads, brochures, logos, social media graphics, email newsletters, and other branded print/web materials for 100+ clients with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver
• Prepare print materials for press; ensure knowledge of bleed, color, and paper types
• Obtain print quotes and place orders with local and regional vendors
• Present fully developed design and brand solutions to team or client
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience; agency experience preferred
• Online portfolio showing high-quality designs for websites, logos, web and print materials
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience building or updating websites and using basic HTML and CSS
• BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience; AAS in Graphic Arts with a strong portfolio also welcome
• Expertise in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word, Google Suite
