Graphic Designer/Motion Designer

Sterling E-Marketing is seeking a Graphic Designer/Motion Designer to work onsite in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This role blends graphic design, motion graphics, and video production to craft digital ads, social content, and motion assets that support campaigns. You will collaborate with strategists, account managers, copywriters, and fellow creatives to translate marketing goals into compelling visuals. The position offers a salary range of USD 48,000 to 58,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Create digital advertising, social content, display banners, email campaigns, and print collateral
• Produce motion graphics, animations, and video assets for social, digital, OTT, and broadcast channels
• Edit video content and develop visual storytelling that captures attention and drives engagement
• Work with creative, strategy, and account teams to shape campaign concepts and creative solutions
• Translate marketing objectives into effective visual communication
• Preserve brand consistency while bringing fresh ideas to each project
• Juggle multiple projects and deadlines while delivering high quality and meticulous attention to detail
• Stay current with emerging design trends, animation techniques, and creative technologies

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, marketing, advertising, or a related creative field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design, motion graphics, video, and visual storytelling capabilities
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Solid understanding of typography, composition, branding, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience creating content for digital and social media platforms
• Ability to take projects from concept through final execution
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
