Graphic Design Specialist
Job Description
Vylor is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to produce print and digital marketing materials for campaign and brand initiatives. This onsite role in Des Moines, IA involves designing assets end-to-end, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and delivering work on defined schedules.
What You’ll Do
- Design and execute marketing and brand assets, including the layout and production of printed materials across comprehensive campaign work.
- Develop a wide range of printed deliverables such as booklets, brochures, newsletters, posters, flyers, exhibits, and supporting items including presentations, illustrations, maps, icons, and logos.
- Share best practices with graphic design team members to extend ideas and assets across businesses and support cross-business communication when needed.
- Act as a steward for brand assets, promoting compliance with legal and branding guidelines for all Corteva brands.
- Apply brand requirements across Crop Protection, Seed, and Specialty brands.
- Generate new design concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing efforts.
- Attend creative team meetings prepared to discuss challenges and possible solutions.
- Partner with Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Communications Specialists, Tradeshow/Events, and other stakeholders to meet campaign delivery schedules.
- Stay current on design industry developments and emerging creative trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent, plus 3+ years of graphic design experience.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of video editing and graphics is a plus (Final Cut, Premiere, After Effects).
- Expertise in retouching, photo manipulation, and composite skills.
- Animation and illustration experience, including storyboard development, is a plus.
- Strong file organization practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work and manage multiple projects independently.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Demonstrated initiative, solution orientation, and follow-through until requests are resolved.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with internal colleagues.
