The role combines client-facing design work with hands-on fabrication, offering training in engraving and laser techniques, CorelDraw proficiency, and light assembly using basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with customers
• Engage in proactive, real-time problem solving in a variety of situations
• Maintain a personable demeanor when interacting with clients
• Learn engraving techniques and operate laser machines
• Work with CorelDraw and build proficiency in Corel software
• Assemble awards and perform light assembly tasks
• Handle hands-on tasks using basic tools
• Assemble custom type projects
